Meet Bree

Administration and Rural Area Manager

I’m the Administration and Area Manager at Ascent First Aid, where I support day-to-day operations and help ensure our training runs smoothly, consistently, and to a high standard across multiple regions. My role spans administration, scheduling, and service delivery, and I take pride in making sure both our trainers and clients feel supported every step of the way.

I have over five years’ experience managing rural and regional areas, which has given me a strong appreciation for the challenges that can come with delivering training outside metropolitan centres. I work closely with our trainers across these locations, coordinating resources and schedules and ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality service no matter where they’re based.

As I have recently become a mum, I have an acute understanding of how important first aid knowledge and well-equipped first aid kits are for new parents and families. I know firsthand the anxiety that can come with caring for infants and young children, and how empowering it is to have practical, confidence-building knowledge and the right equipment readily available.

I also believe that first aid education shouldn’t be limited to compliance or formal certification alone. Not everyone needs a certificate, but everyone deserves access to clear, practical first aid knowledge. This belief strongly aligns with Ascent First Aid’s commitment to inclusive education that supports individuals, families, and communities to feel confident and prepared to respond in an emergency.

Known for my calm, organised approach and practical problem-solving, I’m a trusted point of contact for both clients and trainers. I’m proud to be part of a team that is passionate about making first aid training accessible, meaningful, and relevant for real life.
