What is the minimum age?

There is no minimum age requirement for this course; however, we do not recommend it for children under 14 years of age. If a child under 14 wishes to attend, we recommend that a responsible adult accompany them throughout the course.

Are there any physical limitations?

A physical requirement of our accredited courses is the ability to perform CPR (uninterrupted) for two minutes on the ground, on an adult, and roll an adult into the recovery position.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss how we can develop the course to suit your requirements.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do!

For large groups, please contact us.

If I don't pass the practical assessment on the first attempt, am I able to attempt it again?

Yes absolutely! You’ll have the chance to take on your trainer’s feedback and keep improving your technique. Since this is a competency-based assessment, you’ll get a few opportunities to show what you can do and work toward competence.

Don’t worry — the goal is to help you succeed! If, after several attempts, you’re still not able to pass the practical, you won’t receive a Statement of Attainment, but your trainer will support you every step of the way.

What if I have a disability or underlying medical condition/s?

Please discuss this with us as soon as possible as there maybe some restrictions that prevent you successfully completing the course.

No need to worry, just call us to discuss.

Do you offer mobile training services?

Absolutely!

We’re a fully mobile service and travel to you, no matter the size of your group, so you can enjoy total flexibility.

What is a USI?

A USI is a Unique Student Identification number which is required for you to receive your certificate for courses.

  • Applying for jobs

  • Transferring course credits

  • Showing that you meet pre-requisites for further study

If you don’t already have a USI, you can create one here:
