First Aid Product Sales

  1.  About Ascent First Aid Training Pty Ltd

Ascent First Aid Training Pty Ltd (“Ascent”, “we”, “our”, “us”) supplies high‑quality first aid products, equipment, and workplace safety items across Australia. By purchasing through our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1.  Product Accuracy & Availability

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date.
Product packaging, branding, or component appearance may vary depending on supplier availability.
All first aid products are supplied in line with current Australian WHS and first aid guidelines where applicable.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or a refund.

  1.  Pricing, GST & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
GST is applied in accordance with Australian taxation law. Some first aid items may be GST‑free under ATO rules.
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:
•            Stock unavailability
•            Payment failure
•            Listing or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

 

 4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers. 
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, stock levels, or regional location.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order has been handed to the carrier.

  1.  Local Pickup / Local Delivery (If Offered)

Where available, customers may select local pickup or local delivery.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection or delivery.

  1.  Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Restrictions

For safety and hygiene reasons, first aid products, PPE, and medical consumables cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with proof of purchase and supporting photos.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  1.  Warranty

Some products (e.g., AEDs, instruments, metal cabinets) may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and processes.

  1.  Workplace Compliance & Suitability

Ascent provides general guidance only.
It is your responsibility to ensure the products purchased meet the WHS requirements of your workplace, industry, or environment.
We are not responsible for incorrect product selection or non‑compliance arising from misuse or inadequate maintenance.

  1.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascent is not liable for:
•            Misuse of products
•            Incorrect installation or maintenance
•            Losses arising from delivery delays
•            Indirect or consequential loss

Our goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

  1.  Privacy & Data Handling

Personal information collected during checkout is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer communication.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required for shipping, payment processing, or legal compliance.

  1.  Changes to These Terms

Ascent may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version displayed at checkout at the time of purchase applies to your order.
